Deliverables, performance, and results (e.g., rankings, traffic, lead volume, revenue) are influenced by many factors and are not guaranteed.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
